Payment Options

Debit cards

Payment Failure

Payment failure is when funds are not transferred from the payer’s account to the payee’s account after the payment has been authorized. This is usually because the payer’s credit card or bank account has been canceled, closed or expired between payment authorization and payment transfer.
If you have made a successful payment and have not received an order confirmation, please follow the below steps.
If you successfully made the payment and not been diverted back to website, please email the details on (Mail Id)
Account Name, Account Email ID, Date & Time of Transaction, Order Value

If the payment had been deducted from your bank account / credit card but reflected as failed on our payment gateway, please email us the screenshot of the statement with your transaction date/time and details.
Confirmation received from Payment Gateway would be final.
