Return Acceptance

Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or damaged products.

You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.
In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your GPay or Bank Account.
After your product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Return process

The following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement: You agree to take reasonable care of the products that you wish to replace in its original condition.
Only unused, unaltered, and unsoiled products will be accepted for refund.
Replacements will be made based on the availability of the product on the website.
When you return any product, you are responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage.
Refunds will be made once you have returned the delivered products to us.
Refund payment process will be done in accordance to the payment method in which we received the amount.

For example : Let us assume john doe paid Rs.500 through his credit card, and cancelled the order before the handling time. Now the refund will be initiated through the same means (i.e Bank to bank transfer ).

This is done in this way to create a trouble free accounting system of transactions.

For all the different types of payment method, the refund will be channelized through the very same way.

Default time for this process is 5 to  7 working days.


Handling time:


Handling time differs for each and every product . We recommend you to very these details in the product page itself. Though the despatch date will be given in detail in the following pages.

Minimum handling time for any product is 3 days, but for some product it may vary. We request you to verify it before placing an order

Return Rejection

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
Opened/ used/ altered products.
The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Refund

Any refund shall be made to the debit/credit card account provided by you when you place your order and will be subjected to our right to withhold an amount for products which are damaged upon return.

Return Shipping

Return, which is accepted under certain circumstances, all expected to be done in this way
Repacking the products in the same way as received.
Bubble Wrap, Brown Tape } - As sent to the client should be included
Re-Packing should be done be ready before our logistics partner get to your place as in scheduled time & date

Order Cancellation

Cancelling an order is only available before the order nature changes to “packed & sent”. Once it has reached the state, No Further Action Can be done. The Order Cannot be refunded under the circumstances
Anytime before the order status is accepted and order will be cancelled very immediately
